it´s our tradition to produce something in our holidays and sell it afterwards. this year we made some lemonade. we squeezed out some lemons and limes and put some ginger syrup to it. we mixed everything with some water and thats it! we never make so much profit but its just a lot of fun!
we ate like soo much in france!! but ´cause we had to cook on our terasse ,because that´s where the oven stood, everything just tasted so much better!
best dish of the summer: paprika with garlic oil. just put slices of paprika into the oven for some time, then peel off the skin and put it onto a plate with a lot of olive oil and garlic. let it stand for a bit (the longer the better) and enjoy it!
